Littlefork Care Center is a Medicare/Medicaid certified care center providing all levels of skilled care: short-term stays for rehabilitative care and long-term care. The Health Center also provides services and programs for special needs including respite care.

Koochiching Health Services is located in northern Minnesota in the city of Littlefork.
