Family and Friends of Littlefork Care Center and Jackpine Chateau,

We regret to inform you that we had two staff members test positive for COVID-19. Due to low exposure to residents, we are continuing essential caregiver visits at this time. We will discontinue indoor visits until we have gone two consecutive weeks with no additional positive cases. We will initiate facility wide testing on date. We continue to follow all recommendations from the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH), the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
